Choose your option

  • Site Assessment and Feasibility Report so you can rest assured knowing potential costs from the outset
  • Flatpack Material Kitset Supply for your own builder to construct
  • Flatpack Material Kitset Supply built by one of our Construction Partners on your site
  • Flatpack Material Kitset Supply built by one of our Construction Partners on our yard and transported to site
02.

To commence

  • Confirmed plan and any modifications required
  • If you require help with council or site works we can assist. We will require any site information you already have on hand or obtain direct from council. Inquire about our site assessment and feasibility report.
  • Footprint will supply a written estimate and confirmation of your material supplies.
03.

All good to go...

  • Our partners can handle building consent submissions for you (additional fees apply), or you can manage any on-site council requirements yourself for on-yard builds that come with a Code Compliance Certificate (CCC).
  • Once we have received your approved building consent pack, we can begin procurement of materials and confirm construction schedule.
  • Our construction partners are happy to assist with any areas you do not wish to project manage yourself.
04.

Build underway

  • While the site is under construction, you can book a time to visit the site to view the build progress or we will provide progress photos to you at certain stages.
  • If your builder is taking care of construction our expert support team are here for any advise or material information.

Delivery or completion

  • As your project nears completion, we will coordinate a delivery date and arrange a walkthrough to ensure you are satisfied with your build. If transportation to your site is required, we can assist with coordination to secure it to your piles and services, depending on the package you have purchased.
  • You’re now ready to settle in and enjoy your tiny home!
