The RATA 250 Tiny Home represents excellent value for money. It is the largest of our small Footprint plans. This home has two separate double bedrooms capable of fitting a queen or king-size bed which would easily accommodate a small family of 3-4 people. All our Footprint builds allow you to mix and match cladding from our standard range, which includes Innova Duragroove and Innova Duraplank. The Tawa model shown here features Duragroove, with a striking upgrade to Innova Mongage Light Teak Woodgrain on the front feature wall.
