Our Process

A simple step-by-step process designed to give you clarity, confidence, and full support no matter which build type you choose.

STEP ONE — UNDERSTANDING YOUR VISION
We start by understanding your vision, budget, and how you plan to use your new home. You’ll receive clear, transparent pricing so you always know exactly what’s included. Whether you choose an existing design or want a customised layout, we’ll shape the plan around your lifestyle and site. Once we refine the concept, we prepare a detailed cost breakdown for your chosen option.
STEP TWO — SITE SUPPORT & FEASIBILITY (IF REQUIRED)
Unlike many tiny home companies, we can also build onsite. If you need additional support, we’ll prepare a free preliminary pricing indication that covers everything required for council approval, GEO reports, foundations, septic, stormwater, tanks and more. If the numbers look workable but further clarity is needed, the next step is a Site Assessment & Feasibility Report. This ensures red flags are caught early so you’re not hit with unexpected costs later. If you’re choosing a flatpack kitset, this is the point where your builder (or chosen team) can take the lead.
STEP THREE — SIGN-UP & SELECTIONS
Once you’re confident in the plan and pricing, we’ll confirm your choices and move into formal sign-up. From there, we finalise your plans, cladding, fixtures and product selections so your final costings can be locked in with no surprises.
STEP FOUR — WORKING DRAWINGS & CONSENT
Our architects now bring your project to life with full site-specific working drawings tailored to your land. We compile your complete consent package and lodge it with council. Once submitted, your project officially enters the build phase, the moment where everything begins to move.
STEP FIVE — MATERIAL SUPPLY & CONSTRUCTION
  • While your consent is progressing, we finalise material orders so everything is ready as soon as approval comes through.
  • Flatpack Kitset: materials are delivered as needed to avoid storage issues and reduce stress. On-Site Build: once consent is issued, our team begins construction on your property.
  • Transportable Builds: construction happens in our controlled environment and is prepared for delivery.
  • The moment consent is approved, materials are dispatched and your builder or our team can begin work immediately.
STEP SIX — COMPLETION & HANDOVER
As your new home nears completion, we’ll book a delivery date or onsite walkthrough to ensure everything is exactly as it should be. If your home requires transport, we coordinate delivery and assist with securing it to piles and connecting services as needed. Once complete, you can move in, rent it out, or enjoy it as a family or guest space, your new home is ready.
