  • $84,300: Fully constructed ex-yard or build on-site options to a lockable shell stage.

Pricing Stage Two

STAGE TWO: Complete Build - Material supplies or Fully constructed.
  • $102,500: Includes flatpack kitset Material supplies to complete your build, including window and floor coverings.
  • $143,500: Includes flat-pack materials, fully constructed, based on ex-yard build costs.

All prices include GST and are based on ex-yard build costs. Council fees, consenting, site works, transport, and engineer reports are not included.
