NZ-wide material supply, with construction by your builder or one of our LBP network. Prices include GST and are based on ex-yard build costs. Onsite builds may incur extra costs such as travel and additional site requirements. Council fees, consenting, site works, transport/material delivery, and engineering reports are excluded. Final pricing varies by location and climate zone. Footprint Homes NZ can also assist with the full process, from preliminary site research, working drawings, PIM and building consent applications, wastewater systems, solar, site works, and build management.
