Quiet, Fresh & Designed for Everyday Comfort The Separett Villa 9010 sets a new benchmark for environmentally friendly toilets, delivering the look, feel, and comfort of a modern bathroom solution without the need for water. Its urine-diverting design separates liquids from solids, significantly reducing odour while also minimising the volume of waste that needs to be managed. A built-in two-speed fan quietly and efficiently extracts air, removing both odours and condensation from the toilet space. This upgraded system supports venting runs of up to 6 metres, including multiple bends, and can be ducted directly through an external wall for flexible installation. Flexible Power Options for On- or Off-Grid Living Designed for flexibility, the Villa 9010 can run on either standard 230V mains power or a 12V solar/battery setup. The unit includes a mains power adaptor (300mA inverter), allowing it to plug into a standard outlet and convert power to 12V to operate the fan. Its low energy consumption makes it ideal for off-grid homes, cabins, and tiny houses. (Battery and cables not included.)High Capacity, Low Maintenance Built to handle both occasional and full-time use, this system is equally suited to holiday homes or permanent living. Thanks to its generous capacity, maintenance is minimal—a household of around five people typically only needs to empty the solid waste container every 4 to 6 weeks. To help reduce calcium build-up, pour lukewarm water down the toilet’s urine bowl twice a week. Reliable, Compact & Easy to Install With a footprint similar to a standard toilet, the Villa 9010 fits easily into most bathroom layouts without taking up extra space. It is designed for dependable, long-term use and performs consistently in both warm and cold environments. Installation is straightforward, with the unit supplied complete with a 75mm ventilation pipe for wall penetration and a 2-metre urine waste hose. It can be securely fixed to either the wall or floor, depending on your setup. A built-in view screen conceals the solids container and only opens when seated, providing a clean and comfortable user experience. How it works

  • Always sit down on the toilet
  • When you sit down, the privacy flap turns away
  • The toilet paper goes in the same container as the solid waste
  • When you are finished, pour a cup of water in to the urine bowl
Sit a little further back than usual so that urine and solid waste gets separated.
Never throw burning or smoldering objects in the toilet!

  • The 9010 model meets New Zealand standards and has been successfully installed across the country for many years. For properties with a high water table, an ejector tank option is available. This can assist with council approval where drainage conditions may present challenges.

Eco-Friendly Urine Diversion & Fertiliser Solution

An ejector tank is available for sites with a high water table or challenging ground conditions, such as clay. This solution can help support council approval where drainage may otherwise be an issue. The Separett Ejectortank is a simple, water-powered solution for managing urine from waterless toilets. It automatically dilutes urine in a precise 8:1 water-to-urine ratio, making it safe to distribute directly to lawns, gardens, or flowerbeds as a natural fertiliser. Designed for easy setup with no moving parts, it connects to a standard ½” garden hose and uses household water pressure (min. 2.5 bar) to function. A 50L tank, built-in float indicator, and included 10m hose make it ideal for off-grid homes, holiday properties, or eco-conscious living.
